Executive Assistant & Hospitality Assistant (Full Time)
DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS:
We are an auction-management company that assists charities and non-profits with their fundraising events.
We are looking for a qualified individual to work full time in the dual position of Executive Assistant and Hospitality Assistant. Executive Assistant administrative duties include; data entry, calendar management, screening/taking calls, organizing/maintaining files and records, creating filing system, preparing /finalizing spreadsheets, assisting CEO with events.
The hospitality division is responsible for fulfilling travel packages won by individuals at various events across the country. We are looking for an individual with strong interest or degree in hospitality and tourism. Hospitality Assistant tasks include; data entry, following up with individuals, maintaining files, updating contact information, researching/developing travel packages, booking/coordinating travel.

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
