Looking to hire a Scheduling Coordinator.

Ezra Home Care, LLC (Ezra) is a privately owned and operated private pay home care company devoted to helping clients lead independent lives in the comfort, and security, of home. The Scheduling Coordinator's primary role is to coordinate and maintain schedules for Ezra's clients and caregivers. This person is responsible for ensuring exemplary customer service at each stage in the scheduling process.
Primary Responsibilities:

Creates and maintains caregiver schedules
Works with office staff to help resolve caregiver issues
Maintains accurate records for caregivers and clients including recording detailed notes in the scheduling software -- including, but not limited to, schedule changes, tracking caregiver absences, no shows and tardy arrivals, updating and maintaining client care plans, hospitalizations, etc
On-Call. Responsibilities include taking calls after hours and weekends to handle emergencies, scheduling issues, and to triage client referrals and intakes
Participates in hiring caregivers
Coordinates monthly In-service Trainings
Provides office administrative support including, but not limited to, filing, copying, faxing, file organizing

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to communicate clearly, effectively and patiently on the phone and in email/text messages
Demonstrated integrity, maturity, and sound judgment
Excellent problem-solving and customer services skills and experience
Detail oriented, pro-active, self-starter – with ability to work as an intregral member of a team
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced, and sometimes stressful, environment -- with multiple (and, often changing), priorities
Ability to remain calm, resilient, flexible, with a positive sense of humor
Technology savvy (experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and ability to learn scheduling software)
Associate degree and prior home care experience, is highly desired
Must have valid drivers license, reliable car, and ability to travel throughout Massachusetts territory, on occasion
