We are seeking Restaurant Team Leaders to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will act as a Shift Supervisor / Assistant Manager and will take on a first level leadership role in the Shack operation. You will be responsible for driving the kitchen flow and the station execution during shifts. In order to equip you for success, you will participate in a 4 week training program where you will learn all the stations and will fast-track through the certification process.

Other responsibilities of the Restaurant Shift Supervisor role include:

  • Completing daily food safety sanitation checklist
  • Organizing and assisting with shift changes and breaks
  • Learning all positions thoroughly in order to train others
  • Driving and motivating the rest of your team
  • Maintaining all kitchen, service and hospitality standards

Job Requirements

In the Restaurant Team Leader role, you must be self-aware and have the confidence to lead and develop others. We are seeking a great communicator who is highly motivated and very organized. You must be able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and be the best of the best in order to hold your team accountable during every shift.

Other requirements of the Restaurant Team Leader role include:

  • Previous Restaurant Supervisory, Management, or Leadership experience
  • High volume, fast-paced Restaurant Management experience, preferred
  • Food Handler certification, strongly preferred
  • Must have flexible and open Availability
  • Ability to direct, support, and drive excellence
  • Ability to maintain all kitchen standards
